The participants from Croatia

We are Posejdon, a youth organization from Split, Croatia. We do workshops with children and youngsters on weekly basis. During the year we also carry out trips, summer camps, winter camps and youth exchange projects. In the past five years we have participated in over 30 projects with numerous partners, 10 out of which were organized by our organization. In those projects we´ve covered topics related to ecology, fight against discrimination, art, sports etc. We were also a part of a strategically partnership called Borderline Board games. Our organization has been collaborating with elementary schools and high schools in order to share the power of non-formal education. There are over one hundred members mainly aged from 7 to 18 years old in our organization. We have many ideas for the future and we are inspired to make them happen.

Anđela Knezović, 17

Anđela is a very creative person who likes to draw. Her biggest passion are horses,riding and her horse Vivian. But besides the horses,she loves all animals. She is a sporty person who likes to be active and spend time outdoors. She's always up for fun and is always cheerful and positive.

Petar Vukas, 17

Petar, known as Pero likes to spend his free time playing basketball. He also loves all kinds of sports. He likes to spend his time in nature,hanging out with his mates. His favorite color is green and the thing he likes to do in his spare time is reading.

Sara Pleština, 15

In her free time Sara likes to listen to music,watch movies but also go out with friends and spend time outdoors adventuring. She's a scout and has been for 4 years and it's her biggest hobby.  Her favorite color is blue and her favorite food by far is fried zucchini.

Lucija Rojnica, 17

Luce is a very fun and positive person who can't help but smile all the time. She is also a scout and it represents her biggest passion in life. She loves to travel and meet new people. She goes to the Tehnical and Traffic high school but she doesn't wanna become a stuardess. She also loves photography and is currently saving money to buy a proffesional camera.

Marko Šeparović, 15

Marko is a quiet and introverted person who likes to spend his free time playing games on the computer or with his friends.  His favorite color is red. He takes care of his body so he also likes to go to the gym. Hand in hand with his love of physical activity, goes the fact that he likes all kinds of sports.

Mia Jerković, 16

Mia is a responsible person and an A-grade student in a gymnasium. She loves to travel and meet new people and foreighn languages. She likes to spend her free time with her friends hanging out or playing sports.

Mirjam Jukić, 15

Mimi is a cheerful person who likes music and traveling. She spends most of her free time with her friends. She likes art and photographing. She likes fashion and makeup and is always playing around with it. She has two older sisters and a nephew and they mean the world to her.

Jakov is a person who is always open for new experiences. He is a scout and likes to travel. He likes football and sports and stuff. He was a rising football player but unfortunately his illness got in the way of his career.

She is a unique person which likes all sorts of different things. She likes to try out new dishes. Her favorite color is green. She likes to listen to music,mostly trap and appreciates a good bass. She likes caffees and house parties with music and dancing.

Luka Janketić, 18

Luka is a computer geek who likes to play games,watch movies and listent to music(mostly punk and metal). He is a competitive guy especially when it comes to sport games and matches. He is very good with football. 

Petra Vukas, 18

Petra loves to spend time with her friends and hangout. She loves to travel and experience new things and she has so far visited around 15 countries. After high school she would like to go and study speech patology.

Igor Spetič-Speja

Speja is a very happy and friendly guy. He is open minded and accepting of new people and experiences. He works with the youth and children and he says it's what keep him young at heart. He is a sporty guy and he loves to compete.
